The application offers a straightforward method for individuals to monitor their blood pressure through their mobile devices and relay the results to Younis Cardiology.

Users have the flexibility to utilize any compatible blood pressure cuff, allowing them to log their readings conveniently within the app before submission to Dr. Younis.

Additionally, the app enables users to include optional heart rate readings and personal notes regarding their measurements, providing a comprehensive overview of their cardiovascular health.

For optimal results, it is recommended that users take and record their blood pressure readings twice daily. Upon entering personal information, including name and birthdate, and accumulating a minimum of seven days' worth of data, the app generates a detailed log in PDF format for submission to Younis Cardiology.

After sending the results, users have the option to clear the existing log and initiate a new tracking period.
